If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a simple, transparent, and hassle-free return process.

1. Return Window
We proudly offer a 30-Day Return Policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a seamless return, your item must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and informational inserts must be included intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number is required.

Please note: Items returned without meeting these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in clear and fair policies for all our customers:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, Zorra will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label, and you will be offered a full refund or a free replacement.

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/style, or no longer need the product, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers and aim to make returns as affordable as possible. Therefore, Zorra does NOT charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Start a Return
Initiating a return is incredibly easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1 Contact Us: Send an email to support@zorra.shop with your Order Number, the exact reason for the return, and clear photos of the product (photos are mandatory for damaged or defective claims).
  • Step 2 Receive Instructions: Our dedicated support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and further instructions.
  • Step 3 Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back to our official return address:

6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and fully inspected at our facility:

  • We will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your full refund will be processed and automatically issued back to your original payment method.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the funds back to your account.

7. Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  • Return the original item following the steps above.
  • Once the return is accepted, place a new, separate order for the desired item.

8. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products.
  • Items specifically marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
